A DMV native and seasoned stylist since 2009, Ryan brings a blend of expertise, creativity, and continuous education to every guest experience. His true passion lies in balayage—from cool, bright tones to soft, sun-kissed finishes, he creates custom colors that feels effortlessly beautiful. Ryan is also known for his precision haircuts and his love for long, flowing styles full of movement. He takes the time to listen, collaborate, and design looks that enhance your natural beauty, so you leave the salon feeling confident, refreshed, and truly seen.
Enders Barbaran
Master Stylist/Owner
A native of Peru, Enders brings warmth, humor, and vibrant energy to every appointment. Known for his close attention to detail, he lights up each client’s look with radiant highlights and creative, confidence-boosting cuts. Mastering the precision of classic foil techniques and embracing the modern artistry of balayage, Enders has a true talent for crafting the perfect blonde tailored to each individual.
Shaneya Rivera
Senior Stylist
A New York native, Shaniya specializes in creating beautiful, natural-looking blonde and brunette balayages. She has a passion for long, voluminous hair with movement and flow, and takes pride in educating each guest on proper home care to maintain the integrity of their hair. While Shaniya focuses on her strengths in color and long hair, please note that men’s scissor cuts, pixie cuts, and fantasy colors are not her area of expertise.
Flor Hernandez
New Talent
Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Flor brings vibrant energy and creativity to every look. With a passion for both hair and makeup, she loves helping clients feel confident and camera-ready —whether it's for a big event or an everyday glow-up. When she's not behind the chair, you'll find her out on the dance floor, bringing the same rhythm and joy she brings to her artistry.
Lead Stylist
With five plus years of experience behind the chair, hair styling has become much more than a career for me; it's a creative outlet and a way to help people feel confident in who they are. I love working with people of all genders and specialize in cutting, coloring, and styling a wide range of hair types and textures, including curls and coils. I'm passionate about getting to know each client, understanding their personal style, and creating hair that not only looks great but genuinely feels like them. For me, the best part of being a stylist is seeing someone leave my chair feeling refreshed, confident, and excited about their hair.
